GRAND CAVALIER

Classic Grand Cavalier brandy is a legendary drink noted for its mild and long-lasting taste. It has a hint of freshly toasted bread and sweetish dried fruit. The aftertaste contains notes of cinnamon and exotic fruit. The rich aroma of Grand Cavalier allows the brandy to stand out from others: long aging process in oak barrels provides the brandy with exclusive taste characteristics and unique aroma of flowers and nuts.

In 2011, this brandy was awarded a silver medal at the prestigious International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Glasses

Usually snifter or tulip glass is chosen. Allowing the brandy glass to warm in your hands will release the true taste and aroma. The glass is never filled more than a quarter or two; usually the brandy glass contains 20 ml of the drink.

Temperature

Brandy is served at a cool room temperature of about 16 °C. However, this drink loves the warmth of hands. When drinking brandy, warm your glass in your hand.

Tasting

Before the first sip hold up the glass to reveal the warm color of the brandy. Inhale the bouquet of the brandy. Swirl the glass a bit to release more of its aroma.
