Sparkling wine from France made from carefully selected grapes using the method of double fermentation. Due to its elegant dry flavour and aroma of toasted bread and citrus fruit, this sparkling wine can be used as an aperitif. It complements seafood or fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of +6–8 °C.
